This is for mid-senior corporate professionals in office-based roles who feel the OOO cycle — overwhelmed, overcommitted, overworked — and want better quality time at and after work.

It’s not for freelancers, field workers, entry-level professionals, C-suite executives, or professionals working companies with fewer than 50 employees globally. It’s also not for you if you prefer a 100% video course or AI solution.

How does each option work?

It’s both a course and coaching — structured online content you work through at your own pace, with my support built in at every step. All three options include everything in the program — 8 chapters, mini-courses & playbooks, 5 exercises, 75+ resources, and my support and accountability partnership.

Self-paced Reset (€275) As soon as you join, you get access to the online content and recommended pace. Pick up where you left off whenever life gets busy. I’ll check in twice via email (3 & 6 weeks after you join) and you can email me anytime.

Small-group cohort (€695) Everything in Self-paced Reset, plus weekly 90-min live sessions on Zoom — every Wednesday. It’s a 5-week program. Each week you’ll get an email with prep work — part of the content you’ll work through on your own, part we’ll cover together live. Recordings available if you can’t join.

What if I don’t get results — can I get a refund?

Your commitment shapes your results. If you complete the program and exercises, experiment with what you learn, and reach out for support — but still don’t see any progress by day 30 — I’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

For the cohort: recordings are available if you miss a session, but learning also happens live. If you miss 2 or more live sessions, the refund no longer applies.
