This program is not for freelancers, field workers (e.g. plant-based roles, hospitals, etc.), entry-level professionals, C-suite executives, or if you work for a company with fewer than 50 employees globally.

It’s not for you if you can’t commit to attending all live sessions, actively engaging, sharing feedback, and experimenting with what you learn.

It’s also not for you if you prefer 100% video courses. The online curriculum considers the science of how we learn and has not just videos, but also reading materials, engaging elements, demos, audio notes, real-life examples, practical exercises, and my support via email when you need it.

I get that life happens. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one, you can watch the replay. That said, real transformation happens live, where you can ask questions, get personal feedback, and apply insights in real time.

I run 2 live sessions on the same day every Wednesday. Join the session that works for your schedule and timezone. E.g., you can join the 9am session the first week, and 5pm session the week after.

If you miss two or more live sessions and aren’t satisfied by Week 5, I won’t be able to offer a full refund. Your results depend on your participation and commitment.

What's the time commitment each week?

Expect to invest:

  • 60 minutes of prep work before each session.
  • 90 minutes in live sessions.
